Fake Support & Impersonation

Fraudsters may falsely claim to represent Xnvia or pretend to be a member of the Xnvia team.

They may contact you through email, messaging apps or social media and use the Xnvia name or logo to make their communication appear legitimate.

Xnvia will never ask you to share your password, PIN, verification codes or private keys.

Always check that you are visiting xnvia.com or an Xnvia service operating under xnvia.com. Be cautious of websites or email addresses that use misspellings, additional words or similar-looking domain names.
